Water-Jetting

When sandblasting is not possible because of time, access or other circumstances, the best alternative is “water-jetting”.

Duusgaard Coating uses a 1,000 bar Water-jet for cleaning off the worst rust and loose paint, making the surface usable for subsequent processing. This method does not provide a completely clean surface, but is often a good alternative to sandblasting, as there are not the same requirement to masking of the surrounding areas, and subsequent cleaning is limited as well, compared to sandblasting.
